A reputable trading platform seeking a senior petrochemical trader to lead its proprietary trading desk with full P&L ownership.
Head of Trading – Petrochemicals (Proprietary Trading)
Responsibilities:
Trade liquid petrochemical products (LPG, olefins, polymers, chemicals, derivatives)
Originate and execute physical trades using an established industry network
Develop independent trading strategies across physical and financial instruments
Manage market exposure, risk, and hedging in line with governance frameworks
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in chemicals / energy trading
Strong track record in proprietary or physical trading
Well-connected across Asian / China markets preferred
Commercial, entrepreneurial, and performance-driven
Fluent in English & Chinese
