Head of the groupage cargo department

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Ukraine.

What will be your responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve goals and deliver high quality results.
Supervise team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team.
Facilitate communication between team members and management.
Report on team performance and participate in strategic planning.
Analyse the market and participate in tenders.

Our ideal candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in the groupage road transport sector.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of international freight transport and groupage cargo organisation.
Experience in managing a team and implementing effective solutions (will be an advantage).
Able to build constructive communication with clients and partners.
Results-oriented, responsible and proactive.
