Head of Technology Strategy and Planning

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain PLUK’s enterprise technology strategy roadmap up to 3 years.
2. Lead quarterly performance and business reviews (QPBR) for the CITO.
3. Create executive-level presentations for ExCo, Board committees, regulators and Townhalls.
4. Lead the end-to-end planning, definition, and tracking of Technology KPIs, ensuring metrics directly support strategic outcomes, operational efficiency, and executive reporting frameworks.
5. Oversee annual IT budgeting cycles including CAPEX/OPEX forecasting.
6. Drive portfolio governance, prioritization models, and technology risk assessments.
7. Ensure adherence to regional technology and compliance standards.
8. Lead modernization initiatives including Partnership engagements, platform rationalization, and digital transformation.
