Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee teaching and learning strategies across the school.
• Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional practices and student outcomes.
• Monitor classroom performance, curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
• Drive professional development programs for teachers and staff.
• Implement innovative teaching methodologies to improve learning outcomes.
• Actively participate in school events, assemblies and strategic educational planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching & Learning or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification (Master's preferred) in Education Leadership or Pedagogy.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching leadership experience with at least 23 years in Dubai/UAE.
