What you will do
As a Head of Sustainability, Viet Nam, you will:
Drive sustainability programmes to implement Strategy 2030 priorities in assigned market, with main focus on collection and recycling ecosystem step-upDefine market goals for assigned market including a 3-5 years recycling rate ambitionLead the work in defining need/scope of collection/recycling investments/projects and plan resources in market (recycler project screening/implementation/etc.)Lead engagement and ensures adequate set up and representation in industry associations related to sustainability (e.g. PROs) for assigned marketLead the development of strategic cooperation and large-sized strategic projects, with relevant external partners like waste management companies / recyclers / local authorities to improve (activate and accelerate) collection & recycling and drive the development of end markets for recycled products
