Head of Supply Chain

HRSI is seeking for our client a strategic, results-driven Head of Supply Chain to lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-paced FMCG/bottling environment. This is a senior leadership role with P&L ownership, responsible for driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, service reliability, and continuous improvement across planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Performance

• Develop and execute an integrated supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own supply chain P&L, budgets, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Embed a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Planning & Demand Management
