Head of Stores

Position: Head of Stores 

Location: New Luika Gold Mine site, Mbeya, Tanzania (site-based)

Reporting to: Head of Business / General Manager

Direct Reports: Storekeepers, Stores Clerks, Fuel Attendants 

Qualifications & Experience: 


Bachelor's degree or ITI/technical diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years' stores/inventory management experience in any industry.
Hands-on experience with ERP inventory systems (ERPNext, SAP, Sage, Tally, or similar) and strong Excel skills — the ability to work in a fully system-based stores environment is essential.
Demonstrated experience with stock control processes: requisitions, GRNs, issues, cycle counts, stocktakes, and variance reporting.
Fluent in English
