Reporting To: Business Head

Role Purpose

The Head – Solutions will lead end-to-end solutioning for Enterprise clients across NIIT’s business. The role is responsible for designing training-led, project-based, and capability-building solutions aligned to business transformation needs, while closely partnering with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Faculty teams to drive large deal wins and long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities

1.Solutioning & Pre-Sales Leadership

• Own end-to-end solution design for various opportunities (Banks, NBFCs, FinTech’s, Insurance, retail, large and mid-size firms).
