Responsibilities

  • Lead the BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) team in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of backend systems.
  • Analyse existing processes and systems across multiple business functions to identify areas for improvement or re-engineering.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and user-friendly system workflows aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business units and other departments to understand their operational needs and tailor system solutions that increase productivity and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business systems and process optimization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business process management, business systems management, or process re-engineering roles, along with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
