Purpose of the Job

The Social Performance Head is responsible for leading the Social Performance Strategy for Impala Rustenburg Operations (IRO), ensuring alignment with Group Strategy, policies, procedures, best practices, and implementation plans. The role focuses on enhancing social performance, mitigating social risks, maintaining the social license to operate, and creating shared value within key social performance areas. This includes the successful delivery of all related legislative requirements and overall compliance reporting, such as the Social and Labour Plan (SLP), Mining Charter, and BBBEE Act.

Minimum Qualifications And Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF equivalent 4 is essential
