Head of Service Operations – NetSuite Partner (Remote, EST Overlap)

I'm working exclusively for a global NetSuite partner who is hiring a Head of Services Operations, to own the operational engine of Professional Services.

You will work directly with the NetSuite Technical Director to ensure flawless contract-to-cash execution, zero revenue leakage, and decision-grade reporting.

Your Mission

Run the backbone of Services Operations with absolute clarity, control, and accountability.

•Contract → SOW → project setup accuracy

•Time tracking discipline, billing readiness & invoice quality

•Change orders, renewals & scope controls

•Weekly / monthly delivery & revenue reporting

•PSA + NetSuite SRP tooling, dashboards & integrations

•Policy enforcement & audit readiness

You Are Accountable For:

•Billing accuracy (% error-free)
