Head of Sell-Side M&A

EPL Advisory is a boutique M&A firm in Miami specializing in founder‑centric sell‑side transactions across B2B technology, dual‑use/defense, energy, and manufacturing. Senior partners lead every mandate from origination through close. We take on a limited number of engagements and execute at institutional standards.

We are looking for a senior sell‑side banker to own mandate origination and execution as Head of Sell‑Side M&A. You will work directly alongside EPL's founding partners, lead your own deal pipeline, and help build the firm's sell‑side platform in the lower‑middle market.

Compensation is success‑fee revenue share only. This is a partner‑level role structured for an experienced originator, not an execution resource.
