BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Sales Planning & Market Development
- Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Define clear sales targets aligned with Döhlers regional and global objectives.
- Ensure proactive pipeline building and expansion into new customer segments.
2. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
- Collaborate with Business Units and Market Segment Managers to design impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
