BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Sales Planning & Market Development

  • Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define clear sales targets aligned with Döhlers regional and global objectives.
  • Ensure proactive pipeline building and expansion into new customer segments.

2. Revenue Growth & Business Expansion

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with key accounts and distributors in the region.
  • Collaborate with Business Units and Market Segment Managers to design impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
