Head of Sales, Nordics — Scale EdTech Growth (Hybrid)

No Isolation, based in Oslo, seeks a Head of Sales for the Nordics to unite the Norway, Sweden and Denmark teams and drive revenue growth. You will lead, coach, and refine regional selling strategies while collaborating with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.

Reporting to the London-based CCO, you will anchor EU operations from our Oslo HQ, balance travel with a hybrid schedule, and build a high-performing team across multiple markets.
