Head of Sales :

About the Role:

At PanScience, we're building ventures, products, and AI-native businesses from the ground up. We're looking for someone who can build the commercial engine behind those ventures. This isn't a role for someone who simply manages a sales pipeline.

You'll define GTM strategies, open enterprise relationships, close strategic deals, hire and mentor teams, and build repeatable revenue systems across multiple businesses. One month you might be selling an AI transformation engagement to a Fortune 500 company. The next, you'll be launching the GTM motion for a new SaaS product or helping a portfolio company scale enterprise sales. If you enjoy creating systems from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and want to build businesses—not just sell into them—you'll fit right in.
