The Head of Sales Finland, Mid-Market & Large Enterprises is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth in the Finnish market. You will lead a high-performing sales team, define market strategies and build strong relationships with C-level executives. Your mission is to position SD Worx as the go-to partner for payroll and HCM SaaS products and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) delivering measurable business impact and fostering long-term partnerships. This role combines strategic vision, operational excellence and hands-on leadership to accelerate SD Worx's success in Finland.
