• Develop sales strategies to grow the business by acquiring and developing new customers and establish a positive reputation as a valuable business partner committed to our customers’ success.
• Contribute to the development of new services based on industry trends, evolution and customers’ feedback and personal experience
• Develop and strengthen the sales team in terms of product knowledge, sales techniques, communication and motivation
• Generate regional business support information which includes monitoring of key competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making.
• University graduate in relevant major.
• At least 2 years of working experience in management position in agriculture.
• Male candidate, age over 30 is preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent people management, influencing and negotiation skills
