Head of Sales at DHL Express Finland – a key senior management role reporting to the country manager.
Responsibilities
- Own the company’s revenue and commercial growth.
- Build and nurture customer relationships at all levels.
- Engage and motivate about 30 Certified International Specialists across Key Account, Field Sales, Tele Sales and support functions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales management team, key customers and cross‑functional teams locally and across the European network.
- Influence, drive and develop commercial matters on both strategic and tactical levels.
- Ensure revenue targets are met and profitable growth is achieved.
- Create and execute sales strategies; develop the sales organization.
