Sonnedix is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Risk to lead and consolidate the Group’s Risk function at a global level. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will act as the central point of accountability for Risk across the organisation, overseeing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Commercial Risk, Financial Risk and Credit Risk within a fast‑growing, international renewable energy platform.

This is a highly strategic leadership role combining strong governance, Board‑level exposure and technical risk expertise. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership and business functions to ensure risk is effectively embedded into commercial, financing and operational decision‑making, while continuing to strengthen the Group’s risk culture, governance frameworks and reporting capabilities.
