Requirements & Skills 
  • 5+ years of experience in Risks&Verification
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices. Familiarity with FFIEC guidelines
  • Knowledge change experience: AML , BRA, EWRA
  • Strong analytic, logical reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events)
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense
  • Working knowledge of IT processes and principles
  • Must have a strong understanding of quantitative analyses math / statistical analysis
  • Process improvement and technology skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to work independently and set goals/prioritize, focus, and have time management skills
