As Head of RIS Market Adoption, you lead the uptake of Roche Information Solutions (RIS) from pilot to global scale. Your focus is on overcoming market barriers, integrating solutions into commercial frameworks, and generating ROI through commercial evidence. You collaborate with Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Strategy teams and other partners across the organization to shape adoption blueprints, design scalable clinician engagement models and ensure compliance with local data residency policies.
