About the Role

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Delivery – SEA will own the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of high-volume hiring across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

The recruitment organization delivers approximately:

• 1,300–1,500 hires per month during lower-volume periods
• Around 2,000 hires per month on average
• 2,200–2,500 hires per month during peak periods

This leader will translate business growth plans and client expansion pipelines into scalable recruitment strategies while improving hiring speed, cost, quality, and candidate experience.

The role will also lead the adoption of recruitment automation, AI, analytics, and modern hiring platforms.
