Job Description

ETA SA Manufacture Horlogère Suisse is seeking an on-site Head of Quality Assurance to lead the QA team, oversee all quality management activities across development, production and customer quality, and drive continuous improvement.

The role involves defining inspection and release processes, monitoring quality indicators, and coordinating internal audits with a strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and reliability. Fluency in German and/or French with English a plus is desirable.
