Job Description

Elisa is seeking a Head of Quality Development to embed quality and agility across Elisa’s digital services. You will lead a high-performing team, drive change across organizational boundaries, and shape how modern quality practices are applied in AI-enabled software development.

You will work to ensure scalable quality, reliability, and superb customer experience, influencing leaders and stakeholders in a matrix organization across Helsinki and Tallinn.
