Head of Property Development & Construction

DPS Resources Berhad in Melaka is seeking a senior Project Director to provide leadership and strategic direction for property development and construction projects, overseeing feasibility, design, approvals, tendering, construction and handover.

You will mentor the project management team, manage budgets, schedules and resources, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, review contracts, and report progress to the Board of Directors while building strong relationships with consultants,
