Lead the adoption of AI‑assisted engineering and automation frameworks to enhance development velocity, quality, and scalability. Institutionalize AI‑first workflows across coding, testing, deployment, and observability using LLM‑assisted code generation, documentation, and intelligent review pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Leadership & Vision (CTO Mindset)

  • Define and execute technology strategy and architecture.
  • Champion scalability, security, reliability, and quality across the platform.
  • Own decisions on stack, processes, and infrastructure (cloud, microservices, data pipelines).
  • Represent technology to investors, partners, and clients; stay ahead on AI/ML, IoT, and blockchain.
