Head of Product

About The Role

We're looking for a Head of Product who can operate at every level of the organization without losing sight of either strategy or execution. You will define the product direction alongside our founder while remaining deeply involved in execution. You'll challenge assumptions, shape the roadmap, and ensure the team consistently delivers products that create measurable business value.

This is not a people‑management role for someone who has become disconnected from building. Nor is it a purely strategic position. We are looking for a product leader who is still highly hands‑on, someone who enjoys writing PRDs, reviewing designs, working daily with engineering, and using AI to reinvent how product teams operate.

You’ll own the product function end‑to‑end, helping the company decide not only what to build, but also what not to build.
