Job Description

Role Profile: Head of Product Design

As the Head of Product Design you will be accountable for the entire Design function and operating as a member of the company’s Extended Leadership Team (ELT),

reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Responsibilities:

● Overseeing the Design department spanning user research, UX and UI design and

operating as line manager to all Design Leads (currently 5 people).

● Planning training courses and providing coaching to the entire department (currently 16

people) to grow capabilities and confidence in the fields of research and design

● Working with Design Leads to further establish and promote design guidelines, best

practices, and standards 

● Supporting teammates as needed in their preparation of deliverables including research

reports, user personas, user journey, experience maps, screen flows, wireframes,

prototypes, UI designs, usability ...
