Lead product-specific ramp-up and change projects for new products, materials, equipment, and relocated processes.Maintain and update production specifications, parameters, and documentation in line with standards.Create and revise production flow charts, control plans, and work instructions in collaboration with Quality and based on central R&D/Application Engineering guidelines.Conduct product-specific testing, ensure run@rate, and manage start-up and handover to series production.Update process FMEAs according to local conditions and standards.Support customer release processes (PPAP), including initial sample reporting.Identify and implement product and material optimization opportunities in alignment with central product development.Address and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and internal rejects, in partnership with Quality.Drive process optimizati...
