Head Of Procurement & Contracts (Hermosillo)

Responsibilities Lead general and regional sourcing activities with strong emphasis on North America to secure components at optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Drive price negotiations, commercial terms, and lead time optimization with current and prospective suppliers.
Track and report on key performance metrics related to sourcing effectiveness and supply chain health.
Support new product development by sourcing specialized materials, prototypes, and samples for emerging technologies.
Partner with internal teams (Project Management, Engineering, and Quality) to enhance overall supply chain performance and resolve material-related issues.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a global manufacturing environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
