Job Description

Dstny is seeking an Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational performance of its services. You will lead a team of engineers and drive reliability, automation, and service delivery across SRE, DevOps, and platform operations.

You will define KPIs, manage on-call rotas, and push continuous improvement with a focus on scalability, security, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Security teams.
