Main Tasks

• Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team (approx. 8 people)
• Own the strategy, architecture and roadmap of our CDM Cloud Platform (Kubernetes)
• Ensure availability, reliability, security and scalability of the platform
• Drive automation, infrastructure as code and GitOps across the organization
• Foster a strong engineering culture and mentor team members
• Collaborate with development, security, operations and infrastructure leadership on cross-team initiatives
• Manage budget, vendors and capacity planning for the platform

Requirements

• Several years of experience in platform/infrastructure engineering, including leadership
