Role & responsibilities
  • Lead and define the organization's Platform Engineering strategy, roadmap, and technology vision to support scalable and reliable software delivery.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Platform Engineering and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Drive the development of Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) to enhance developer productivity and streamline software delivery.
  • Oversee Kubernetes platforms, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud-native technologies.
  • Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and infrastructure provisioning processes.
