Establishes, drives and maintains KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for Top Management meeting presentations. 

Develops the framework, tracks, and sustains process improvements and progress using data analytics and operational tools.

Ensures processes are in place to alert corporate Management of potential or actual risk in order fulfilments.

Collaborates with Supply Chains leaders, Supplier Development and strategic sourcing and procurements team to support the shipment targets.
