Job Descriptions:

The Head of Operations provides the strategic vision and tactical leadership for the company's entire collections portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees all Operations Team Members. The primary goal is to maximize recovery across all buckets while maintaining the company's reputation and operational efficiency within the Philippine regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & EBITDA Contribution
• EBITDA Management: Directly contribute to the company's bottom line by optimizing the Cost-to-Collect. Balance aggressive recovery (Revenue) against lean Operating Expenses (OPEX).
• Macro-Strategy Development: Design and implement the overarching collection framework.
