Head of Operations — Multi‑Site Excellence

Sprout Solutions is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day‑to‑day delivery across multiple sites. You will ensure smooth execution of business processes, monitor performance against targets and KPIs, and drive cost efficiency by removing bottlenecks.

You will coordinate with finance, HR, sales and logistics, lead workforce planning and capacity, handle escalations, and push continuous improvement and standardization of processes to raise execution quality and customer outcomes.
