Head of Operations-Last Mile Location: Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala Role Overview DropX Logistics is looking for an experienced Head of Operations- Last Mile to lead and manage end-to-end last-mile operations across multiple states. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving delivery performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring consistent service quality across all DropX stations. Key Requirement (Non-Negotiable) Prior experience working in Amazon Last Mile Operations is mandatory. The candidate must have previous experience: • Working directly with Amazon Operations OR • Managing Amazon EDSP (Delivery Service Partner) operations Candidates without Amazon last-mile operations experience will not be considered.
