The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the company — the single point of contact between our development team, sales team, and leadership. When I want to know the status of any project, any client, or any team member, I ask you. You'll own delivery, processes, and people operations.

What You'll Own

• Project delivery — ensuring every project ships on time and on spec
• Resource allocation — matching developers to projects based on skills and capacity
• Client handoffs — bridging sales (who closes deals) and dev (who delivers)
• HR & People Ops — hiring coordination, onboarding, team performance
