  • Further build Alteos’ operational intelligence layer by developing dashboards, KPI frameworks and data standards across support, claims and partner operations.

  • Scale processes with automation and AI, identifying opportunities to improve speed, scalability and business decision-making.

  • Drive growth enablement across teams through intelligence and transformation, training stakeholders on tools, data literacy and performance management.

  • Ensure data quality and visibility, implementing governance controls and real-time reporting across CRM and operational systems.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the COO, collaborating closely with Product & Tech on automation, integrations and roadmap alignment.

  • Establish feedback loops that turn operational and customer insights into improvements across Product, Marketing and Service.
