About the Opportunity

ViewQwest runs a 24/7 Managed Services operation supporting customers around the clock across Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Head of Managed Services Operations to take single, end-to-end ownership of that function — the operational leader accountable for SLA performance, team capability, and service quality across every site and shift.
