Head of Maintenance / Handyman

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and reliable Head of Maintenance to oversee the full upkeep and technical management of a prestigious private ultra-luxury villa in Pedralbes, Barcelona. This is a hands-on role requiring broad technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues swiftly and discreetly — before they ever impact the household's experience. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of the property's condition, manages external contractors with confidence, and ensures every system, space, and surface is always in perfect working order.

Responsabilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs, and improvements throughout the villa — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks to the highest standard.
