Join Home Instead and help shape and deliver our exceptional live-in care services for older adults.

  • Manage and support live-in clients and support the Head of Live in People Experience

  • Complete consultations, assessments, care plans & risk assessments

  • Maintain accurate digital records

  • Carry out client reviews and follow-up actions

  • Build relationships with clients, families & professionals

  • Coordinate live-in introductions and handovers

  • Promote services locally & online to grow client base

  • Support recruitment and participate in on-call rota

  • Participate in on-call duties as required.

  • Qualifications

    About You

  • Experience in live-in care or similar role (preferred)

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent would be beneficial to the role
