We are looking for a Head of Legal department in Lviv.

ABOUT PROJECT


The Head of Legal Department is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company’s legal function, ensuring full compliance with local and international legislation, minimizing legal risks, and providing business-oriented legal support to executive management and key stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Higher legal education

  • 8+ years of professional legal experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

  • Experience working in a manufacturing company or with a manufacturing business is mandatory

  • Hands-on experience in corporate, commercial, and labour law

  • In-depth knowledge of Ukrainian and international legislation

  • Experience in legal risk management

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with complex stakeholders
