Head of Legal

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Swiss legal matters and act as senior legal advisor
  • Advise on Swiss banking and financial services regulation
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
  • Manage external counsel and regulatory inquiries

    • Qualifications

    • Swiss-qualified lawyer with 10+ years PQE
    • Deep expertise in Swiss financial regulatory law
    • Experience in regulated financial institutions or top law firms
    • Fluent in German and English
