Develop and lead the global Learning & Development strategyDesign and deliver leadership and management training programsBuild development pathways from onboarding through to leadershipPartner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvementStrengthen manager capability in coaching, accountability, and performance managementFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiativesCreate scalable learning solutions across US and UK officesEstablish and track L&D success metrics including productivity, retention, progression, and manager effectivenessDrive alignment between business goals and learning initiativesBuild and shape the future of the L&D function as the business continues to scale globally
