Head of IT Operations (m/f/d)

As Head of IT Operations , you will lead the global delivery, security and continuous improvement of Orise’s IT infrastructure, network and support services. You will play a key role in transforming the current regional IT landscape into a standardized, cloud-first global operating model aligned with ATS Corporation standards.

You will be responsible for driving scalability, resilience and efficiency across all IT operations while enabling business growth and integration of new acquisitions.

This role is open to be located in any of the countries where Orise has an office in the European Union

Your Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing global IT Operations organization
• Define and execute the IT Operations roadmap aligned with global strategy
• Establish governance, standards and best practices across all locations
• Manage IT operational budgets and lifecycle planning
