Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Mega IT projects, manage information technology, and computer systems.
  • Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan(s) for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives using the company's exclusive methodology and tools.
  • Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Managing the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and performance.
  • Engaging with third-party vendors for system support, maintenance, and services, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
