Head of Technology | Wilmslow | On-site with flexibility (one day from home)

Reporting to: Board-level stakeholder

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a key leadership role within a growing international organisation supporting approximately 1,400 users across multiple brands and locations.

With modern cloud-based infrastructure, established systems and a capable technical team already in place, the focus of this role is on ensuring IT services continue to evolve alongside the needs of the business. We're looking for a visible and commercially‑minded Head of IT who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, improve operational effectiveness and ensure technology delivers a consistently high‑quality experience for users across the group.

The environment is more akin to an SME than corporate, with an ongoing fluidity around plans and priorities, requiring an agile and proactive approach.
