As part of our team,
you will take on the following responsibilities:

  • You assume group-wide responsibility for HR integration and governance as part of the post-merger integration of all eMobility SaaS entities into the DKV target HR operating model.
  • You establish consistent HR governance structures, policies, and processes in close alignment with Group HR and Country HR Services.
  • You drive the rollout of DKV-wide reward, grading, and compensation standards across all entities.
