Head of Group Exercise

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Group Exercise will lead the complete Group Exercise division across all MyPT clubs. The role is responsible for strategy, programming, instructor recruitment and development, innovation, commercial performance, quality assurance, events, activations, and technology integration through MyPT Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group Exercise strategy across all clubs.
• Recruit, onboard, assess, mentor and manage full-time and freelance instructors.
• Build a UAE-wide freelance instructor network.
• Develop timetables and introduce world-class fitness formats.
• Create proprietary MyPT Group Exercise formats and instructor certification pathways.
• Plan fitness festivals, launch events, activations, workshops, masterclasses and community events.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams.
